The purpose of this invitation to tender is to award, by means of an open procedure governed by Articles 156 to 158 of the LCSP, the supply of one (1) road sweeper of 1.5 m3 capacity with a front device for the implementation of accessories, one (1) scrubber accessory and one (1) road sweeper of 5 m3 capacity, for incorporation into the mobile fleet of the City of Baza, as indicated in section 1 of the technical specifications (hereinafter referred to as PPT) with the conditions set out in those specifications and, where appropriate, any amendments that may be processed.
