Description

The object of the contract is the provision of voice and data services ISDN30 and IP VPN within the KIVS for a period of 1 year, i.e. from 28 March 2013 to 31 March 2014. The specification of the services is set out in the annex to this letter of formal notice.The central contracting authority Czech Republic – the Ministry of the Environment has been entrusted, on the basis of the centralised award agreement, to award the above-mentioned public contract in a negotiated procedure without publication with a view to concluding a contract for the provision of the relevant voice and data services of the Communications Infrastructure of the Public Administration for its own use and for the needs of the contracting authorities.The central contracting authority awards this public contract in accordance with Section 3(1)(b) and (5) of the Act for itself and entrusting contracting entities, which are the Czech Republic – Agency for Nature and Landscape Protection of the Czech Republic, Czech Republic – Czech Geological Service and Czech Republic – Czech Environmental Inspectorate.
