Delivery of xerographic paper
1. The subject of the proceedings is the conclusion of a framework contract for the supply of xerographic paper, hereinafter referred to as the product range in the FTZ. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Chapter. XIX FTZ and Annex No 1 to the FTZ. 3. The Contractor is obliged to provide 12 months of warranty and warranty for the offered assortment, counting from the date of signing the acceptance protocol. 4. The contracting authority shall not allow partial or variant tenders to be submitted. 5. The Contracting Authority requests that the tender be accompanied by the means of proof in question to confirm the conformity of the offered range with the requirements set out in the Contractor’s tender (A-4 xerox paper, A-3 xerox paper): 1) Eu-Ecolabel certificate; 2) FSC or PEFC certificate. And data sheets (for each type of assortment) containing at least: Manufacturer's name and symbol or other data uniquely identifying the offered assortment and parameters confirming the weight and thickness of the offered assortment. 6. The Contracting Authority allows the subcontractor to be entrusted with the performance of part of the contract. 7. The Contracting Authority requests the Contractor to indicate in the tender the parts of the contract which it will entrust to Subcontractors and to indicate the names of any Subcontractors, if they are already known. 8. In accordance with Article 139 of the Act, the Contracting Authority provides for a reverse order of operations, i.e. it may first examine and evaluate the tenders and then make a qualitative selection of the Contractors whose tenders will obtain items 1 to 3 in the tender evaluation criteria, in the absence of grounds for exclusion. 9. The contracting authority shall provide for the annulment of the procedure if the public funds which it intended to use to finance all or part of the contract are not awarded. 10. The type and scope of the amendments to the agreement are indicated in Chapter XIX of the FTZ. 11. In accordance with Art. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (i.e. Journal of Laws Ooh, ooh, ooh.
