Description

The subject of the public contract is the delivery of the Identity Management system, including the provision of licenses with maintenance for the use of 116 000 users, the provision of support services, operation and development. The subject-matter of the contract will be implemented on the basis of a contract to be concluded with a single tenderer as the selected contractor. The delivery of IDM will be divided into the following stages: • Phase 1 - Start of the project • Phase 2 - Design of architecture and design of key parts of IDM • Phase 3 - Implementation of IDM • Phase 4 - Integration with cross-cutting operational services • Phase 5 - Pilot operation and completion of the Design of architecture and design of the extended part of IDM • Phase 6 - Expansion of IDM services The provision of IDM support, operation and development services will include: • Fixed flat-rate services (hereinafter referred to as ‘fixed-rate services’ or ‘flat-rate services’) o IDM-001 Ensuring the operation of IDM o IDM-002 Preventive IDM support services o IDM-003 Corrective IDM support services o IDM-004 IDM user support o IDM-005 Ensuring the operation of IDM o IDM-006 Preventive IDM support services o IDM-007 Corrective IDM support services o IDM-008 IDM user support • Performance-based services provided on the basis of the requirements of the Contracting Authority (hereinafter referred to as ‘ad hoc services’) o HR-001 IDM development and consulting services o HR-002 Small configuration services The subject of this public contract is also the right of the Contracting Authority to order the provision of additional maintenance licences for the use of 34 000 users. The contracting authority assumes that it will start to demand these licences two years after the entry into force of the Agreement. The contracting authority points out that it is not bound by this condition and is entitled to order licences with maintenance according to its needs. If the supplier's offer includes IDM with licenses and maintenance, the price of which will not be influenced by the number of users, the delivery of IDM licenses with maintenance for all 150,000 users will be part of the delivery.
