Description

This contract is a continuous service contract for 48 months, divided into two lots, concluded with one successful tenderer per lot for a maximum duration of four years. Lot 1: cleaning of the common areas and surroundings of the buildings located at Rue Victor Rauter, 30-32-34, 1070 Anderlecht. Lot 2: cleaning of collective spaces and surroundings located on rue des Goujons, 59 61-63, 1070 Anderlecht. Tenderers may submit a tender for one or more lots. Each lot is awarded separately. The estimated value of this contract, taken into account for the purposes of applying the rules on public procurement, is EUR 672.000 excl. VAT, i.e. EUR 336.000 excl. VAT per lot. The contract shall be concluded for a period of four years from the date fixed in the notification of conclusion of the contract or in the order in which the services are to be started. Deze overheidsopdracht is een opdracht voor diensten met doorlopende prestaties voor een period van 48 maanden, opgedeeld in twee percelen en gesloten met één opdrachtnemer perceel voor een maximumduur van vier jaar. Perceel 1: het schoonmaken van de gemeenschappelijke delen en omliggende terreinen van de gebouwen gelegen aan by Victor Rauterstraat 30-32-34, 1070 Anderlecht. Perceel 2: het schoonmaken van de collectieve ruimten en omliggende terreinen gelegen aan de Grondelstraat 59, 61-63, 1070 Anderlecht. Inschrijvers mogen eenoffre indienen voor één of voor meerdere percelen. Elk perceel wordt afzonderlijk toegewezen. De geraamde waarde van deze opdracht, die in aanmerking wordt genomen voor de toepassing van de regelgeving inzake overheidsopdrachten, bedraagt 672.000 euro excl. BTW, hetzij 336.000 euro excl. BTW perceel. De opdracht wordt gesloten voor een duur van vier jaar, te rekenen vanaf de datum die is vastgesteld in de kennisgeving van sluiting van de opdracht of in het bevel om de prestaties aan te vatten.
