Description

Städtische Werke Netz + Service GmbH (NSG) is currently preparing a project to adapt its SAP ‑IS ‑U billing system as part of the reprivatisation of the water supply in Kassel and Vellmar. As of 01.07.2027, the NSG will take over the role of water supplier and will bill the drinking water supply in the future in the price law. The previous billing is based on the water supply statutes of the city of Kassel. In the existing system, there is currently a joint billing of drinking water and waste water in the charging law. Both services are billed in the same SAP ‑IS ‑U client and use common master data structures (e.g. business partners, contract accounts/cash registers).
