This procedure concerns the procurement of specialised equipment, software and educational content for the creation of a Virtual Museum in the municipality of Gorna Oryahovitsa under project No ROBG-419 ‘Innovative approach for the promotion of cultural and natural heritage in the cross-border region’, financed under the cross-border cooperation programme Interreg V-A Romania-Bulgaria 2014-2020.
