Description
As part of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to organise seminars for vocational school students under the transnational component of the ‘Modernisation of vocational training in Małopolska’ project:
(a) to travel to Krakow up to 7 representatives of the Thuringia Region, who are lecturers of the thematic seminars referred to in paragraph 1. 2 (b). The date for organising the arrival/residence of lecturers – representatives of the Thuringia Region in Kraków shall be 18-22 November 2 013 in accordance with Annex 1 to this contract.
(b) organise a total of 9 seminars for students from vocational schools in Małopolska in 3 blocks
thematic in Kraków, Nowy Sącz and Tarnów. The seminars will take place on 19-22 November
2013 The seminars will take place in 3 thematic blocks:
— Hotel and catering – 4 seminars in total – 2 seminars in Kraków on 19 and 20 November 2013, 1 seminar in Tarnów on 21 November 2013 and 1 seminar in Nowy Sącz on 22 November 2013,
— Optics – 1 seminar in Kraków on 19 November 2013,
— Programming of robots and construction of controllers – 4 seminars in total – 1 seminar in Nowy Sącz in
19 November 2013, 1 seminar in Tarnów on 20 November 2013, 2 seminars in Krakow in
21 and 22 November 2013.
(C) translation of material from German into Polish – maximum 80 pages (page 1800 characters):
word, power point and pdf material;
(D) translation of soundtrack from German to Polish – maximum length
20 minutes (total). After translation, the Contractor will substrate the translated text into film material in the form of
Polish subtitles or the Polish version or substrate the path with the Polish language version – dubbing;
(e) preparation of the graphic design for the cover of the DVD (3 types of cover according to a common template
— each type of cover will have a different title referring to the materials on the individual
DVD plate, on the first page of the cover) on the basis of the materials supplied by the Contracting Authority according to
guidelines for the identification of projects under the HC OP; cover format adapted to the DVD plate,
colour: 4 x 4, paper type: cardboard, thickness: min. 250 grams/m²,
(F) replication (recording) of DVD material supplied by the Contracting Authority – 3 packages
materials, including 2 packages – each for a maximum of 200 slabs and 1 package for a maximum of 50 plates (e.g. films;
presentations, word, pdf)
(g) to ensure that the cover is printed (according to the graphic design prepared as referred to in paragraph 1. 2(e) and
forward to the Contracting Authority the pre-packages of materials (DVD plates placed on cover:
maximum 450 slabs in total).
