Description

The subject of this procurement procedure is occupational health and safety advice and support in accordance with ASiG in conjunction with DGUV V2. The service must comply with the relevant laws/regulations and rules/standards. The contractor must participate holistically in the occupational health management (OHM). The pillars of the BGM at Vitos are: Occupational health and safety, occupational integration management (BEM) and occupational health promotion. It also offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to support employees in psychosocial stressful situations. The fee to be paid by the client is based on the actual operating times. The start of the service is 01.01.2026. The contract has a duration of 2 years. The client has the right to extend the contract once for a further 2 years if he informs the contractor in text form 6 months before the end of the contract. The client has the right to terminate the contract at any time with a notice period of six months. Vitos gGmbH tenders the contract for Vitos Haina gGmbH as contracting authority in accordance with § 15 of the Public Procurement Ordinance (Vergabeverordnung - VgV) by means of an open procedure. It is authorised by Vitos Haina gGmbH to conduct the procurement procedure. All correspondence relating to the procurement procedure must be conducted exclusively with Vitos gGmbH.
