4.1. The subject of the contract is ‘Modernisation of street lighting infrastructure in the Grudziądz Commune’. 4.2. The subject-matter of the contract shall include: 1) disassembly of old ones, delivery with replacement (assembly) of 990 sodium luminaires for energy-saving LED luminaires, described in detail in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ); 2) execution of a temporary traffic organization project (if required); 4.3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in the OP – Annex No 1 to the SWZ, as well as in Annex No 2 to the SWZ Draft provisions of the contract. The contractor should accept the valuation in the tender in accordance with Option 2 set out in the attached audits (Annex 1 to the CVT – OPZ).
