Description

Stadtwerke Stuttgart GmbH (SWS) is implementing the Green Hydrogen Hub Stuttgart at its location in Am Mittelkai 25, 70327 Stuttgart. The project includes, among other things, hydrogen production with subsequent compressors and storage facilities, a hydrogen pipeline, a trailer filling plant, a battery storage system and electrical engineering facilities. The subject of the current call for tenders are project-accompanying engineering/architect services of construction and property supervision as well as property support for a new construction project including buildings and outdoor facilities in the industrial energy plant environment of hydrogen production of other companies as superstructure management (hereinafter: ‘Construction trade’ or ‘Construction trade’, as the case may be). The trades of the overall ‘Green Hydrogen Hub Stuttgart’ system (electrolysis plants, gas technology, electrical engineering, analytics, heat transfer station) were awarded in further contracts and are not the subject of this invitation to tender. The contractor's task is to check and continuously monitor the execution of the individual lots in the construction trade, as well as to evaluate and coordinate the interfaces. For the overarching topics, the overall concept (construction, interfaces, functionality) should be checked and evaluated, as well as optimization measures recommended. Technical support, examination, documentation, comments and concrete recommendations are owed, which enable the client to release the acceptance of the trades or to make technical and commercial decisions. Details of the scope of services can be found in the list of services in Annex 2 to the procurement documents.
