Description

Die Stadt Norderstedt plant, am Standort der ehemaligen Realschule Garstedt, einen Neubau für die OGGS Horst-Embacher-Schule, sowie eine Kindertagesstätte und eine moderne Dreifeldsporthalle zu realisieren. Betreut wird das Vorhaben durch die Entwicklungsgesellschaft Norderstedt mbH (EGNO), die such als Bindeglied zwischen Norderstedts Verwaltung, der Politik und der privaten Wirtschaft versteht. Seit 1974 verfolgt die EGNO das Ziel, die bestmöglichen Lösungen für Unternehmen und die Stadt Norderstedt zu erreichen - von der Stadtentwicklung und Wirtschaftsförderung über das Immobilienmanagement bis zum Standortmanagement und -marketing. In dieser Eigenschaft wurde die EGNO mit dem Neubau "OGGS und KiTa Lütjenmoor" am Standort Aurikelstieg 13-15, 22850 Norderstedt, beauftragt. Eine Fertigstellung der Baumaßnahme ist für Ende 2028 geplant. Im Weiteren siehe Ziffer 2.4.1.
