The subject of the competition is to select the entity to which the contract for the provision of health services for insured persons and other entitled persons covered by the care of the Upper Silesian Medical Centre named after Prof. Leszek Giec of the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, ul. Ziołowa 45/47, 40-635 Katowice in the following scope: 1. Providing health services in the field of neurology in the Department of Neurology, during the ordinary ordination of working time. 2. Providing health services to all GCM Branches by participating in the procedure related to the donation of organs from a donor who has died as a result of brain death or irreversible cardiac arrest (in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 22 March 2010 on the detailed method of determining the costs of activities related to the collection, storage, processing, sterilization and distribution of cells, tissues and organs, i.e. Journal of Laws 2022, item 2093). 3. Pre-qualification of a deceased donor of eye tissues (in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 22 March 2010 on the detailed method of determining the costs of activities related to the collection, storage, processing, sterilization and distribution of cells, tissues and organs, i.e. Journal of Laws 2022, item 2093). Health benefits in the Department of Neurology will be provided during the ordinary ordination of working time, on the basis of a monthly schedule approved by the Ordinator / Doctor in charge of the Department. Whenever SWKO or its annexes refer to: Ordinary ordination of working time is understood as the provision of health services on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between hours. 7 00 - 14 35 or 7 25 - 15 00 .
