Description

The purpose of this contract is (i) the implementation and maintenance of a new GIS platform (under ESRI license and Utility Network data model) that improves the current one, allowing the management of assets and documentation of the different departments of the CAT, and (ii) the design and configuration of the DOCAT portal, which will give access to open data and documentation in a secure way, facilitating the consultation and export of information to administrations, consortia and end users. The new GIS platform shall enable: ā€¢Integrate this GIS with the SAGEDCAT system (CAT advanced data management solution) and other applications not interconnected to date, consolidating the information into a single platform. ā€¢Interconnect the GIS with the MAXIMO asset control system (GMAO) and enable mobility functionalities, to improve the updating and debugging of information in the field. The improvement in the platform will have an impact on improving the productivity of the different departments, facilitating access to data, its updating and debugging, as fundamental data creation tools that feed the SAGEDCAT system. Data communication will always be bidirectional, to allow use from each application. Access to information from CAT's internal information portal will be improved.
