Business France wishes to equip itself with contractual vehicles enabling it to complete the execution of the strategy for the SI CRM domain. The main objectives of the contract are: 1. Cover service needs for the entire SICRM scope (the OneTeam application but also all other applications supported by the domain). 2. Cover service needs on development, parameterisation and integration EOM activities across the entire scope of the SICRM domain. 3. Cover service needs on corrective, scalable and preventive maintenance EOM activities across the entire scope of the SICRM domain. 4. Cover service needs on AMOA change management activities across the SICRM domain. 5. Cover the needs for services on AMOA activities to support the professions and the transformation of the professions facing the SICRM field.
