The services to be offered are provided in the following properties: - GIZ Representative Office (BR), Reichpietschufer 20, 10963 Berlin The division of lots has been carried out from a technical point of view. Details of the intervals, types and scope of the services to be provided can be found in the specifications and annexes, in particular in the price sheets. The client reserves the right to increase and/or reduce the areas and intervals to be cleaned without a new procurement procedure within the scope of § 132 GWB. Tenders may be submitted for one or both lots. However, all individual services must be offered within the lots. The services will be awarded per lot. The individual awarding of trades is not foreseen.
