The subject-matter of the public contract is the provision of advisory activities pursuant to Section 105(1)(a) of Act No 435/2004 on employment, as amended, for applicants and job seekers and participants in occupational rehabilitation (hereinafter referred to as ‘participant(s) in the advisory activities’).
