LB – Consultancy activities for the Labour Office of the Czech Republic – Regional Branch in Liberec – Balance Diagnosis
The subject of the public contract is the provision of counselling activities pursuant to Section 105(1)(a) of Act No 435/2004 on employment, as amended, for applicants and job seekers and participants in occupational rehabilitation (‘participant/participants in counselling activities’). Consultancy activities are techniques aimed at finding employment, assessing suitability and abilities to gain employment on the labour market, existing skills and experience, and other activities aimed at the employment of natural persons, generally combining various pedagogical, socio-psychological and counselling approaches and forms of work with participants in consultancy activities such as group or individual work, presentations, discussions, skills training, role playing, providing feedback, etc. The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of the advisory activity ‘Balance Diagnostics’ (hereinafter also referred to as ‘consultancy activities’). Consultancy is focused on optimal use of the client's potential in his professional career, comprehensive assessment of the client's abilities and possibilities in connection with future employment.
