Description

The subject of the contract is to ensure the promotion and further development of the contracting authority’s online internal portal/Intranet based on OpenCms technology (‘IS Ibis’).
The IBIS uses OpenCms in version 9 in the terms and conditions of the contracting authority at the time of the launch of the procurement procedure and, in addition to its basic functionalities, the IBIS IS also contains modules developed according to the contracting authority’s requirements.
Further specification of the subject matter of the contract, including the technical specifications, is set out in the draft contract attached to Annex 1 to the WD.
The estimated starting date for performance of the subject of the contract is immediately after the termination of the contract with the existing provider of IS IBIS support services – contracting authority’s estimate 4Q 2019.
