Description

The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to PROVIDE THE DESIGN AND EXECUTION SERVICE FOR DISTRIBUTION NETWORK ENTERPRISE WORKS, IMPROVE THE LEVEL OF TENSION, NETWORK ENTERPRISE IN DELIMITATION POINTS FOLLOWING THE RECORDING OF NEW USERS AND RECORDING TO ELECTRICAL NETWORKS OF PUBLIC INTEREST OF CONSUMPTION PLACES FOR USERS, FOR THE PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS – DOLJ JUDGE. Frequency of follow-up contracts: weekly or whenever there is a need to execute the works in the framework agreement, depending on the execution of the investment works in the electricity distribution networks. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of requests to participate: 17 days. The contracting entity shall respond to requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of requests to participate.
