1. The subject of the Order is to determine the conditions for the granting and execution by the Contractors of Executive Orders for the Supply of Products or the Service of the Manufacturer or the Service of the Contractor and the provision by the Contractor of a guarantee for the performed services, under the conditions specified in the Framework Agreement and the respective Executive Order. Orders will be executed for the purposes of expansion and maintenance of LAN/WAN network solutions owned by the Ordering Party. The subject also includes the possibility of obtaining and delivering to the Ordering Party the services of the Manufacturer and the Contractor in the scope of the delivered Products or equivalent Products.
