Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of multifunctional specialist vehicles for the maintenance of external cleanliness – 3 units, whereby: 1) 2 pcs with equipment for winter maintenance of roads, paths and pavements; 2) 1 pcs without equipment for winter maintenance of roads, paths and pavements. 2. Machinery must be complete, free from physical defects (construction, materials, execution), technical and legal, must not be a prototype or a device made for the purpose of this order, must be mass-produced, not withdrawn from production, brand new, meeting all the requirements contained in the documentation of the procedure, in particular Annex No 1 - OZ; however, it is possible to submit an offer with parameters higher (better) than described. 3. A detailed and supplementary description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 1 to the FTZ - Description of the subject of the Order. 4. The contractor must provide a minimum of 24 months warranty for the sweeper, on the terms and conditions resulting from OPZ-Annex 1 to the FTZ and model contract-Annex 6 to the FTZ. 5. The subject of the contract is also delivery of the subject of the contract to the place indicated by the Ordering Party and training of at least 5 employees in the operation of machines; these activities the Contractor is obliged to calculate in the offer price. 6.
