Description

The object of this contract is the provision of the technical-legal, predictive and preventive service of the facilities of the building of the O.A.M. Palau de la Música, Congresos and Orquesta de Valencia. Said service contract, which is described in the following sections, consists of developing the provision of the preventive maintenance service, legal technical maintenance, predictive maintenance and other maintenance and maintenance work of the facilities of the OAM building, as well as the extensions of new facilities or as a result of improvements of these. The purpose pursued by the contract is to maintain the building and its facilities in perfect condition and operation, through the provision of a quality maintenance service, which complies with all the legal technical requirements required, both specific regulations and in the prevention of occupational risks and especially in coordination of business activities and adapted to the recommendations and maintenance standards established by official bodies and by the manufacturers of the equipment to guarantee the useful life of the construction elements and facilities that make up the building, as well as the appropriate appearance of it. If, during the term of the contract, new structural elements or installations are modified, extended or installed in the O.A.M. building either by the contracting company or by another company authorised by the O.A.M., the contracting company will be obliged to accept the maintenance of the same at no additional cost unless such modification would entail an extension of the initial surface of the building, without prejudice to the guarantees of work required of the potential contractor for the actions carried out. It will be the responsibility of the contractor company, the detection, assessment and communication to the O.A.M. of any deficiency or poor condition of the dependencies and facilities that entail any risk of a structural or other type for people or goods.
