Description

This consultation concerns the provision of services relating to the operation of the heating, air-conditioning, domestic hot water and ventilation installations and equipment in the city of Biganos (33380) in the form of a contract such as:
— P1 – ITM: management of heating and DHW energy with a profit-sharing clause and supply of gas energy on a control room basis for other uses,
— P2 – Benefits: operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of all the equipment supported, including the supply of other uses and the supply of water treatment necessary for the requirements of CIE and primary circuits, legionella maintenance, maintenance of technical equipment necessary for heating, air-conditioning, domestic hot water and ventilation,
— P3 – Benefits: major maintenance and renewal of equipment and installations covered under this heading, with a profit-sharing clause.
