The subject of this contract is the implementation of the service of collecting municipal waste generated on the premises of residential properties, cottages and other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes in the Commune of Sułkowice. Collection at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, i.e. PSZOK, waste provided by the owners of inhabited real estate, cottages and other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes from the area of the Commune of Sułkowice on their own, taking into account the provisions of the Resolution of the Municipal Council in Sułkowice on the adoption of the Regulations for maintaining order and cleanliness in the Commune of Sułkowice: 1) paper, 2) plastics, 3) metal, 4) glass, 5) multi-material packaging, 6) hazardous waste, 7) waste ineligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of injecting medicinal products and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, 8) waste batteries and accumulators, 9) waste electrical and electronic equipment, 10) furniture and other bulky waste, 11) waste tyres, 12) construction and demolition waste, 13) textile and clothing waste, 14) bio-waste, 15) ash and slag. 3. The limit on the amount of municipal waste is 4200 Mg. 4. Transfer of waste collected from residential properties, cottages and other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes and municipal waste delivered directly by the owners of the above-mentioned property to the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, to the entity selected in the tender for the management of municipal waste along with transport from the area of the Commune of Sułkowice. The subject of the contract does not include the collection and management of municipal waste generated in connection with the conducted economic activity (also agricultural). 5. The subject-matter of the contract is described in detail in the Description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ), which is annexed to these tender specifications; 6. The Employer requires employment on the basis of an employment relationship by the Contractor or Subcontractor of persons performing the following activities during the performance of the contract: driving waste collection vehicles and operators loading waste. 7. During the performance of the contract, the Ordering Party is entitled to perform control activities towards the Contractor regarding compliance by the Contractor or Subcontractor with the requirement of employment on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing the activities indicated in point 6. 8. In particular, the contracting authority is entitled to: - request declarations and documents confirming compliance with the above-mentioned requirements and assessing them, - request clarifications in the event of doubts regarding confirmation of compliance with the above-mentioned requirements, - carry out on-the-spot checks on the performance of the service. 9. In the event of reasonable doubts as to compliance with labour law by the Contractor or Subcontractor, the Contracting Authority may request an inspection by the National Labour Inspectorate. 10.
