Collection at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, i.e. PSZOK, waste provided by the owners of inhabited real estate, cottages and other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes from the area of the Commune of Sułkowice on their own, taking into account the provisions of the Resolution of the Municipal Council in Sułkowice on the adoption of the Regulations for maintaining order and cleanliness in the Commune of Sułkowice: 1) paper, 2) plastics, 3) metal, 4) glass, 5) multi-material packaging, 6) hazardous waste, 7) waste ineligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of injecting medicinal products and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, 8) waste batteries and accumulators, 9) waste electrical and electronic equipment, 10) furniture and other bulky waste, 11) waste tyres, 12) construction and demolition waste, 13) textile and clothing waste, 14) bio-waste, 15) ash and slag. 3. In the event of reasonable doubts as to compliance with labour law by the Contractor or Subcontractor, the Contracting Authority may request an inspection by the National Labour Inspectorate. 10.
