1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting of performing the function of coaching on the elearning platform for heads and teachers of schools and educational establishments – Module III located in the Opolskie Voivodship. The service is provided under project POKL.09.04.00-16-002/13, entitled
Neurons for the student and school – preparing a teacher for the 21st century school:
1) trainer providing courses for directors/teachers – participants A,
2 Teacher trainer – Participant B.
2. The detailed scope of the activities of the trainer service includes a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract set out in Annex 1a and the General Course Programme set out in Annex 1b to the ToR.
