Description

Restricted competition, Esquisse + level, organised for the award of a project management contract.
The successful tenderer will be awarded a contract consisting of the basic assignment + exe + syn + ssi + Cie. The OPC mission may be entrusted to the contractor.
The project concerns:
— the construction of a new EHPAD building comprising 168 beds, including two units of 14 Alzheimer beds, a PASA, a daytime reception, an MAIA of logistical, administrative and staffed premises. The Ensemble accounts for approximately 9 000 square metres of Surface Utile.
— the connection with the West wing of the existing building
— the reorganisation of VRD: Creation of personal and visitor car parks, pedestrian connections, etc.
The envelope allocated to the works is estimated at EUR 15 000 000 net of tax.
The maximum amount allocated by the contracting authority to the supervisor’s remuneration (base + exe + syn + ssi + cie + opc where applicable) is set at 11.5 % of the value of the works.
