Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky (dále také jen „VZ“) je zajištění poradenských činností dle § 105 odst. 1 písm. a) zákona č. 435/2004 Sb., o zaměstnanosti, ve znění pozdějších předpisů (dále jen „ZoZ“) pro uchazeče a zájemce o zaměstnání a účastníky pracovní rehabilitace (dále jen „účastník/účastníci poradenských činností“). Poradenské činnosti jsou techniky zaměřené na vyhledávání zaměstnání a na další aktivity směřující k pracovnímu uplatnění fyzických osob na trhu práce, kombinují zpravidla různé pedagogické, sociálně psychologické a poradenské přístupy a formy práce s účastníky poradenských činností jako jsou skupinová či individuální práce, prezentace, diskuse, nácvik dovedností, hraní rolí, poskytování zpětné vazby apod. Specifikace konkrétních poradenských činností je uvedena v Příloze č. 8. této Zadávací dokumentace.
