Description

The objective of the contract to be awarded is the procurement of the Design Services, technical assistance from the designer during the execution of the works and the execution of works for the investment objective ‘Modernisation of the district heating system in Sanmartin commune’. The main categories of works envisaged to achieve the objectives are: - Modernization of the primary heat transmission network; - Hydraulic balancing of the heating distribution system, at connection and user level (measuring point); - Modernization of indoor installations from the Thermal Points (PT); - Parameter monitoring and dispatch automation of thermal points; - Rehabilitation of buildings related to thermal points; - Modernization of the Sanmartin Repomping Station. The total estimated value of the contract is: RON 37,202,228.85 excluding VAT, of which: - estimated value for stage I - design is RON 1 126 428.27 excluding VAT; - the estimated value for stage II - execution is RON 34 568 120.91 excluding VAT; - Expenditure for the establishment of the implementation reserve for the price adjustment - RON 1,507,679.67 excluding VAT. The deadline by which an economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications in relation to the tender documentation is 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications on the 10th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. This award procedure is initiated under the Suspension Clause detailed in section: II.2.14 Additional information.
