Description

This framework agreement, concluded by SYN, acting as a central purchasing body in intermediation within the meaning of Article L. 2113-2, 2° of the Code and for its own needs, aims to provide, integrate and maintain server infrastructure solutions, storage and backup for data center and associated services. The framework agreement is not alloti, is single-awarded and gives rise to the issue of order forms in accordance with Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Code, and is concluded without minimum but with a maximum of 40 000 000 euro(s) excluding tax.
