The subject of the contract are successive deliveries by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of the assortment for the Analytical Laboratory, Microbiology and the Department of Pathomorphology, hereinafter referred to as the goods, described in detail in the Price Form constituting Annex 2 to the FTZ, together with the lease of apparatus (hereinafter referred to as interchangeable devices or the subject of lease), described in detail in the Compilation of Required Functions and Technical Parameters, constituting Annex 6 to the FTZ, and in accordance with the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 4 to this FTZ, the Ordering Party informs that in the present procedure conducted in an open tender procedure it provides for the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in Article 139 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, using the above procedure, the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then make a qualitative selection of the Contractor whose tender was the highest rated in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure.
