The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and transport of municipal waste from property owners residing in the municipality of Niebylec, as well as from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point and the management of this waste in the period from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025. The scope of the contract includes, in particular, the collection and development of: 1) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste in the amount of about 606 Mg, 2) segregated municipal waste of the following types in the amount of about 511 Mg, including: a) paper (including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste), b) metals and plastics (including metal packaging waste, plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste), c) glass (including glass packaging waste), d) bio-waste, which is municipal waste, 3) other waste in a total amount of about 213 Mg, including: a) used tyres, b) furniture and other bulky waste, c) construction and demolition waste, which is municipal waste resulting from minor construction or renovation works, which do not require a construction permit or notification of the intention to carry out works to the architectural and construction authority, d) waste textiles and clothing, 4) hazardous waste generated in households in a total amount of about 0.1 Mg, including: a) expired medicines, b) waste not eligible for medical waste, generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, c) chemicals (waste paints and varnishes, solvents, used oils, etc.).
