The object of the procurement is expert services in land use planning and nature and landscape surveys. The works are commissioned by the municipality of Leppävirta, in addition to which potential subscribers have signed up for the procurement, who can join as actual subscribers later in the contract period. The procurement is divided into two parts: Part 1: Expert services in land use planning Part 2: Nature and landscape studies The offer can be submitted in one or both parts. A maximum of 5 contract suppliers/parts will be selected for the parts, with which a fixed-term framework contract of two (2) years will be concluded. After the actual agreement period, there is an option period of two (2) years (2+2).
