Description

Predmetom zákazky je liek s účinnou látkou pegaspargáza ako kovalentný konjugát L-asparaginázy získanej z baktérie Escherichia coli s monometoxypolyetylénglykolom. Každá injekčná liekovka obsahuje 3 750 jednotiek (U) pegaspargázy. Po rekonštitúcii obsahuje 1ml roztoku 750 jednotiek pegaspargázy (750 U/ml). Liek je indikovaný ako zložka1. línie antineoplastickej kombinovanej liečby akútnej lymfoblastovej leukémie (ALL) u pediatrických pacientov od narodenia do veku 18 rokov a u dospelých pacientov. Indikovaný je aj ako 1.línia liečby NHL pri alergii na L-asparaginázu, relaps ALL a NHL. Zvyčajne sa podáva ako súčasť protokolov kombinovanej chemoterapie s ďalšími antineoplastickými látkami.
