Description

La présente consultation fait l'objet d'un groupement de commandes entre In'li et In'li Property Management.
Elle a pour objet la passation d'un accord-cadre relatif à la réalisation des prestations d'entretien et de dépannage des systèmes de fermeture automatique des résidences d'in'li et d'In'li PM.
Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre composite comprenant, au titre de la part forfaitaire, les prestations courantes d'entretien et de maintenance des équipements («prestations forfaitaires») et, au titre de la part à commande, des prestations ponctuelles dites « hors forfait » portant sur les mêmes équipements.
L'accord-cadre est décomposé en trois lots et chaque lot est mono-attributaire.
Conformément à l'article 4.1.1 du Règlement de consultation (RC), un candidat pourra se voir attribuer un lot maximum après mise en œuvre des critères de jugement des offres mentionnés.
