Кралев дол, местност „Айдарица“, е налице необходимост от изработване на проект за частично изменение на действащия Общ устройствен план на гр. Перник, одобрен с Решение № 1016/10.12.2018 г. на Общински съвет - Перник, с който да се промени предвидената устройствена зона с общо предназначение - обработваеми земи в предимно производствена устройствена зона.
