Description

Sandefjord municipality would like to establish a contract for maintenance services for graves in churchyards and cemeteries. The maintenance is for approx. 3 300 burial places, divided between Orelund cemetery and Ekeberg cemetery, Sandefjord, Sandar, Stokke (upper and lower), Skjee, Arnadal, Kodal, Andebu and Høyjord churchyards. The assignments mainly include routine maintenance assignments such as planting, maintenance, clearing branches, laying wreaths, etc.
Subject to budgetary allowance. If the received tenders exceed the municipality's budget, the municipality could cancel the competition.
The contract period will be 20.3.2018 to 31.12.2021.
Deadline for submitting questions: 23.11.2017, 1300.
Deadline for receipt of tenders: 5.12.2017, 1500.
