ENGINEERING (DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND AUTHORITY SURVEILLANCE) OF THE PROJECT: "DEVELOPMENT AND MODERNISATION OF A COMPOSITIVE INSTALLATION FOR THE NEEDS OF RSUO - SAMOKOV" The activities included in the subject are: - Preparation of an investment project in the "Working Project" phase for the site in accordance with the Spatial Development Act, Ordinance No 4 /21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects under the applicable parts (geodesia, technological, architectural, constructive, electrical, water supply and sewerage, PB, PSUSO, PBZ, automation, master plan, audit documentation). Projects will be accompanied by bills of quantities in the applicable parts. The project will clarify the specific design solutions to the extent that ensures the full implementation of the envisaged types of construction and installation works and will ensure the compliance of the design solutions with the requirements for construction works under Article 169 of the Spatial Development Act. - Exercise of author's supervision for the site in accordance with the requirements of Art. 162 of the Spatial Development Act in order to ensure successful implementation of the project and signing of acts and protocols by the Designer for the implementation of stages of construction in accordance with the requirements of. Ordinance No 3 of 31 July 2003 on the drawing up of acts and protocols during construction and Ordinance No 2/31.07.2003 on the commissioning of construction works in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum guarantee periods for completed construction and installation works, facilities and construction sites and coordination of executive documentation. In carrying out the author's supervision, the contractor will ensure the presence of its specialists in the relevant part when signing protocols and acts; discussing and changing constructive solutions; approval of constructive solutions; preparation of revised drawings/projects; modification of design parts during operation. The existing site will be expanded by providing for the construction of a shredding area, the construction of new technological sections for the placement of the material, the modernization of technological sections on an existing site, the construction of technological roads for the newly built part of the site, the construction of a reservoir for technological water, the construction of a pipe system for wetting the compost, a drainage system for technological water, the supply of a double-breathing membrane for the composting heaps and fans. Given the insufficient capacity of the existing site, a new installation will be additionally built with a capacity of 7 055.25 tonnes/year in free terrain within the framework of the Samokov Regional Waste Management Centre. The installation is of an open type, with a composting method selected in accordance with the PIP in cells with walls, which can be assembled and disassembled if necessary depending on technological needs and forced aeration covered with a semi-permeable membrane. The installation consists of a reception area (incoming warehouse), a shredding and storage area, a mixing area, a process area (composting), storage of the finished compost. Within the framework of the construction works, the necessary stationary equipment for the operation of the installation will be delivered and installed.
