The aim of the IFA IUR 2025 call for tenders is to conclude a Framework Agreement for two (2) Lots with one (1) Contractor per Lot on the basis of which the Public Prosecution Service, the Child Protection Council, the Judiciary, the Legal Aid Council and Stichting Reclassering Nederland can hire Temporary Agency Workers. This concerns the use of Temporary Agency Workers on all common positions in the Collective Labour Agreement Rijk scales 1 to 10 (Participants Public Prosecution Service, Council for Child Protection and the Judiciary), on all common positions in scales 1 to 10 of the Function House Probation (Participant Foundation Probation Netherlands) and on all common positions in scales B to H of the Function Grid Legal Aid (Participant Council for Legal Aid).
