1. The subject of the Order is the purchase and successive delivery of spare parts for SOLARIS buses for MPK w Radomiu Sp. z o.o. over a period of 12 months. 2. The spare parts supplied will be: a) new, coming from the current catalogue of spare parts of the manufacturer of a given brand of car, b) original, i.e. will be of the same quality as the components used for the assembly of a motor vehicle, produced in accordance with the specifications and production standards set by the manufacturer of these vehicles for the production of components or spare parts of a given motor vehicle, including spare parts produced on the same production line as the components of a given motor vehicle c) vehicle parts referred to in point a, related to the safety of the use of vehicles and the protection of the environment should meet at least one of the following conditions: • are marked with the international approval marks used for the approval of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) - 'E' or of the European Union - 'e'; • be marked with the characteristics of the manufacturer of the vehicle to which the national vehicle type-approval certificate has been issued; whereas this marking should be notified to an authorized body for registration; • be marked with the characteristics of the supplier of the vehicle manufacturer to whom the national vehicle type-approval certificate has been issued; whereas this marking should be notified to an authorized body for registration; • are marked with a conformity mark in accordance with the provisions of the conformity assessment and accreditation system; the provision does not apply to items of equipment and parts marked with a safety mark on the basis of the existing provisions on testing and certification. The subject of the contract has been estimated. The actual quantity and assortment will depend on the current needs of the Ordering Party.
