Description

Die DB Fernverkehr beabsichtigt die Vergabe von Kommunikations-Dienstleistungen im Bereich Direktmarketing/CRM.
Die Vergabe erfolgt mit dem Ziel, einen Dienstleister mit der Gesamtabwicklung der Kommunikation für BahnCard Kunden bzw. bahn.bonus Teilnehmer über alle Kanäle (Offline, E-Mail, Online, mobile) zu beauftragen.
Der Vergabeumfang ist wie folgt: Konzeption und Gestaltung, sowie Umsetzung von zielgruppengerechten und performancestarken Direktmarketingkampagnen inklusive aller Projektmanagement-, Kreations-, Datamanagement-, Fulfillment-, Lettershop, Programmier- und Produktionsleistungen und deren Koordination, sowie den Versand der Onlinemailings. Diese sind auf Basis vorgegebener Marketing-/Kommunikationspläne, Budgetvorgaben sowie Einzelbriefing zu erarbeiten und umzusetzen.
