1. The subject of the contract is the service of comprehensive organization of a 3-day national networking visit in the Pomeranian Voivodeship for stakeholders of the Świętokrzyskie innovation system. 2. The Ordering Party assumes the maximum number of people participating in the cross-linking visit - 20 people. The number of participants in the visit may be reduced to a minimum of 15 people. The Contracting Authority shall inform the Contractor of the exact number of persons not later than 7 days before the visit. The Contractor will be remunerated for the actual number of persons participating in the visit. 3. Place of the cross-linking visit - Pomorskie Voivodship: Gdańsk and Gdynia. 4. The subject-matter of the contract shall include: 1) Networking visit service in the field of transport provision , 2) Networking visit service in the field of food provision, organization and conduct of network visits and additional services for meeting participants, 3) Networking visit service in the field of providing hotel accommodation for participants of the network visit (in the city of Gdańsk), 4) Networking visit service in the field of purchasing insurance for participants of the network visit. 5.
