Description

Избраният изпълнител следва да приготвя и доставя храна - топъл обяд в Община Сливен, във връзка с изпълнение на договор № BG05FMOP001-5.001-0209-C03, финансиран по ОПХ ФЕПНЛ по процедура BG05FMOP001-5.001 „3.1-Топъл обяд в условията на пандемията от COVID-19“.
Чрез настоящата обществена поръчка, ще осигури хранене в 43 населени места на територията на община Сливен с капацитет на всеки работен ден до 1600 лица.
Настоящата обществена поръчка е за възлагане на услуга по Приложение № 2 ЗОП („Списък на социалните услуги и други специфични услуги“).
На основание чл. 114 от ЗОП договора влиза в сила след писмено уведомяване на Изпълнителя, че е осигурено финансиране и е със срок на действие до 07.02.2023 г., при осигурено финансиране. Крайната дата на проекта е 30.06.2022 г. При удължаване срока на проекта се удължава срока на договора, но не по-късно от 07.02.2023 година. При изчерпване на прогнозната стойност договорът се прекратява.
