Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest – tomograf komputerowy, tj:
a) dostawa tomografu komputerowego,
b) montaż tomografu komputerowego,
c) adaptacja pomieszczeń w celu zamontowania i używania tomografu wraz z uzyskaniem wszelkich potrzebnych pozwoleń.
2. Warunki płatności:
a) dla przedmiotu zamówienia wymienionego w pkt 1 a i b- w 60 ratach zgodnie z zapisami załącznika nr 4 do SIWZ – Istotne postanowienia umowy,
b) dla przedmiotu zamówienia wymienionego w pkt 1 c – jednorazowo , zgodnie z zapisami załącznika nr 4 do SIWZ – Istotne postanowienia umowy.
