Description

Hinweis zu den Zuschlagskriterien: In diesem Verfahren wird die Angabe eines Liefertermins durch den Bieter als Zuschlagskriterium festgelegt. Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die BIM-Planung der folgenden Gewerke: - Leit- und Sicherungstechnik, - Telekommunikationstechnik, - Elektrische Energieanlagen (50Hz), - Bauphasen- und Bauzustandsplanung (BPP) der Lph. 1-2 (Lph. 3-4 optional) für den Knoten Ingolstadt (Ingolstadt Hbf. und Ingolstadt Nord). Im Rahmen des Projekts ETCS Knoten Ingolstadt wird ein Digitales Stellwerk (DSTW) gebaut, um die nicht mit ETCS kompatiblen Stellwerke Ingolstadt Hbf. und Ingolstadt Nord zu ersetzen. Das Relaisstellwerk (RSTW) Ingolstadt Hbf. ist zudem technisch abgängig und das Elektronische Stellwerk (ESTW) Ingolstadt Nord (ESTW-UZ) ist nicht für ETCS hochrüstbar. Des Weiteren erfolgt die Ausstattung des Knotens mit ETCS Level 2. Dadurch wird eine 12 km Lücke auf der Strecke Nürnberg-Ingolstadt-München (NIM) im Kontext des parallel laufenden ETCS-Projekts für diese Strecke geschlossen. Das Projekt bildet zugleich die Grundlage für die zukünftige Aufrüstung des gesamten Netzbezirks Ingolstadt auf ETCS/DSTW.
