Postępowanie nr 9.

As regards the investment, implementation of project documentation, obtaining an environmental decision, a decision of the ZRID and carrying out the construction of a trans-regional cycle route in Eastern Poland in Świętokrzyskie Province.
The investment task shall include:
— Construction projects in the road and bridge sector and all other sectors conflicting with the planned works necessary for the cycling route;
— Implementation of implementing projects for the road and bridge industry and all other sectors in conflict with the planned works necessary for the cycling route;
— The drawing up of pooled land management boards (all sectors).
— Implementation of a permanent traffic organisation project;
— Implementation of a temporary traffic organisation project;
— Carrying out a detailed forest inventory together with a felling plan;
— Production of geological/engineering or geotechnical documentation;
— Obtain a numerical map for design purposes on a scale of 1:1000 and 1:500 for a bridge object;
— Production of geodetic and legal documentation;
— Obtaining all the decisions, permits and arrangements necessary for the implementation of the documentation and the execution of the construction works (including reconciliation, water and legal permits, environmental decision, ZRID decision, etc.);
— Construction of the demolition project;
— Carrying out a project for rescue archaeological examinations (if necessary);
— Implementation of the Quality Assurance Programme;
— Any technological and assembly design;
— Drawing up instructions for the use of the construction works;
— As-built documentation;
— Drawing up a geodetic as-built inventory of works and land-arming networks on copies of the master map issued by the PODGiK;
— Execution of the works on the basis of the documentation prepared:
— Making a foot-bike path 2.5 m wide on the left-hand side behind the left-hand ditch along provincial road No 728 (direction from Sielpi) along the approx. km. 97+ 335 to approx. km 104+ 124 with a length of approximately Km 6.789 km, plumbing along with the construction of a footbridge over the existing river (Kozówka river) at km 103+ 248;
— Planned surface design for asphalt – 2.5 m wide cycle route:
— abrasive layer of a mineral-asphalt mixture, thickness of the layer after concentration of 4 cm;
— manual liquefaction of unenriched asphalt emulsions;
— construction of a base base of broken aggregates, top layer, layer thickness 15 cm 0/31,5
— setting the 20x6 cm concrete edges on the cement ballast, welds filled with cement mortar;
— construction and concentration of the sand layer in the mechanical bed, thickness of the layer 10 cm;
— downgrading to G1;
The contract will be carried out in accordance with the FFU, the project documentation, the schedule of design works and the schedule of construction works and the model contract.
