Description

The Contracting Government is looking for one or more main contractors who are responsible for the renovation of a staff lift group and a logistics lift group in the East Limburg Hospital on the Sint-Jan campus in Genk. Particularly, within each lift group, at least one lift must always remain operational during the renovation works. Furthermore, the refurbishment of the logistics lift group also includes asbestos work that is inherent in the contract and under the responsibility of the respective main contractor. The contract will be divided into 2 lots. The first lot is the staff lifts that do not require asbestos work. The second lot includes the logistics lifts that require asbestos work.
