Description

Sveriges geologiska undersökning (SGU) inbjuder till lämnande av anbud gällande – Telefoni-och växel med diarienummer 423-2308/2023, enligt instruktioner i upphandlingsdokumenten och bifogade handlingar. Avtalet omfattar leverans av funktioner, tjänster och hårdvara enligt upphandlingsdokumenten samt införande och förvaltning av en telefonilösning, mobiltelefoni, växelsystem, softphone och konsulttjänster. Upphandlingen avser även bland annat service, support, underhåll samt utveckling under avtalsperioden. Erbjudna funktioner och tjänster ska levereras för att kunna nyttjas dygnet runt årets alla dagar. Målsättningen med upphandlingen och uppdraget är etablering, övertagande, drift och vid kontraktslut överlämnande av lösning för telefoni och växel samt eventuellt besökssystem.
