The focus of the call for tenders is on the processing and assessment of legal issues as well as comprehensive legal advice and support. The expertise of the law firms must cover in particular the following areas of law, whereby the advice is mainly focused on Swiss law, taking into account the relevant international developments: ▪ Information technology and telecommunications law ▪ Public procurement ▪ Civil law, in particular contract and intellectual property law ▪ Information security and data protection law ▪ General state and administrative law The selected law firms must have sound experience in the dynamic legal environment of information technology and telecommunications law, in particular in the areas of regulation, contract drafting and contract enforcement in a global context, always taking into account Swiss law. The detailed description of the services can be found in point 3.2.2 of the specifications.
