Description

This contract is a joint service contract for insurance of all types for all services of the CITY, the CPAS and the Régie communale autonome d'Hannut (RCA). The contract shall take effect on 1 January 2027 by notifying the successful tenderer of the approval of its tender. The contract shall be for a period of one year from 1 January 2027, renewable by tacit agreement for three periods of one year unless three months’ notice is given by either party before 1 October of each year and ending no later than 31 December 2030. The tenderer undertakes also to apply all the conditions of these special specifications to all new departments of the CITY or the CPAS or the CAR which so request.
