The subject of this contract is the maintenance in operational condition of the automated storage facilities in use in the stores of the Marine’s Logistics Service.
It comprises a fixed part and a part divided into order forms and provisional orders.
This draft contract is subject to the negotiated procurement procedure following prior publication and call for competition in accordance with the provisions of Articles 201-i (1), 34, 243 and 244 of the Public Procurement Code.
